With a cup of creativity, a dash of nostalgia and a sprinkle of tradition the Flavours of Galapagos cookbook came to life. We collected recipes and stories from across the organisation and worked alongside Morse Studios to bring them together.
The cookbook covered the four seasons, from winter warmers to sizzling summer favourites. We featured a wide range of recipes influenced by different people and places, cultures and communities, traditions and travels, books and blogs.
