Remember January?

You’d laid out – or were starting to lay out – all your big comms plans for the year ahead.

Brexit was dominating the news (again), Harry and Meghan were scribbling out their Royal resignation and Joe Wicks was just some keep-fit bloke who sold a few recipe books. Hey, even the fortunes of your football team mattered.

Fast-forward (or slow-forward, depending on where you sit) to May and things look, well, a tad different.

Projects and challenges that had looked set to dominate your work world in 2020 were suddenly shrunk to insignificance by an illness no-one had ever heard of a few months ago.

The coronavirus pandemic has certainly changed our present, it will shape the rest of 2020 for sure, and could well go on to redefine how we live and work entirely.

At Alive HQ (more of a virtual HQ right now, but you get the picture) we’ve been so pleased to support businesses and organisations in tackling the daunting and alien challenges the last few months have thrown up.

Producing remote working guides and resources for our clients, supporting the NHS to creatively communicate PPE information, creating campaigns to keep the public safe and celebrating the fantastic work of key workers and volunteers through video and animation – it’s all been going on.

But as the dust of the initial shockwaves starts to settle, how is your 2020 looking now? Your challenges may have an irreversibly different context but have they changed completely or are they much the same as before, but in disguise?

With our crack team of comms, design and digital experts, we’re ready to reload and carry on supporting organisations across all sectors.
