We are an agency with a heavy weight calibre seeking a new creative middleweight design Gladiator. Our established team of design Gladiators have mastered a stack of skill sets from creative comms campaigns, exceptional employee engagement to delectable digital delivery with our growing list of top-drawer clients; National Grid, Gatwick Airport, DS Smith, Sainsbury’s, Kelloggs to name a few.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Middleweight Designer that can take on anything. We like to explore the unknown, dream up splendid ideas, bounce off each other’s energy and create magnificent work that packs a punch. If you feel the same, then you’re the strong contender we need …

You’ll be an experienced and innovative Middleweight Designer with a passion to create knock-out creative. You’ll have 4+ years agency experience working on diverse projects, digital knowledge and a full command of all types of print. We’re after a smart, strategic talent with excellent communication skills and an ability to swing close to the DANGER-ZONE creatively. You’ll sweat on the details and have honed your skills to be a ninja master of the Adobe suite and PowerPoint.

The Role

  • Previous experience designing in all print and digital fields
  • Able to hit the ground running
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the Adobe suite and PowerPoint
  • Willing to take the time to get under the skin of the clients and interpret briefs
  • Ideally will have one or more supporting skills that will enhance our existing team; like illustration, animation, web development or app development
